Yes. Generally each accommodation will ask for a deposit from the guest. Depending on the policies the deposit will be between (20%-50%) of the total cost.
Each accommodation has its own terms and conditions but as we have to provide security & peace of mind for our guests we also have a set of terms and conditions and rules that the accommodations providers have to abide by. The terms and conditions can be read in the check-out page before you book the rental.

Each accommodation has its own arrival & departure times but weve noticed that 95% of accommodations have a 3pm check-in and 11am check-out.
Each accommodation has its own terms so be sure to inquire about check-out. Usually the check-out time is 11am and all you need to do is leave the keys inside the property.
Yes. As a general rule our accommodations that we offer include high speed wireless Internet. Please check the accommodation description before making a reservation to be sure.
We know it is important to include all family members on your vacation. We have a list of properties that are pet freindly so please contact us so we can steer you in the right direction.
Each accommodation will have a list of amenities that are provided with the accommodation, so please view the property description before booking. As a general rule all of our accommodations come furnished with kitchen appliances/utensils, furniture, fresh towels & linens, and television.
We only make money when a reservation is confirmed. We charge a small fee to the customer (between 5 & 10 %) and a small fee to the accommodation provider.
Each accommodation provider has different cancellation polocies some being more strict then others. Please make sure to contact us before booking to inquire about the cancellation policy. Please see our terms & conditions under cancellation policy. We also encourage our customers to get travel insurance in case of any unexpected circumstances.

No, we do not own any of the accommodations listed on our website. We work closely with the accommodation providers to provide the customer with the best prices and experience. We are a customer first service!
